It's just puzzling to read something like that, i mean, why? Because it looks amazing? It's unoriginal, on all fronts basically, but is technically impeccable. That's it.

Disregarding the dumbassity in boldly declaring a game the best ever without any personal experience with it, originality is hardly a necessary quality to achieve greatness. Nor is Killzone 2 as tightly spun around the baseline as it's reputation would claim. I mean, they could have gone a lot more shallow and basic in MP, and they could have stuck with a more common control scheme and movement style.

I don't understand the thread that was linked. All I'm getting from that is that I would very much like to play that mod. Doesn't look a whole lot like a recreation of the trailer, though. If anything, I think the guy should remove the Killzone element from it and work towards making it a standalone mod, as it looks real good. I don't understand how the footage could spark much of a debate.

The thread was cool until some waste said it looked better than the 2005 CGI, then the thread went to complete shit.

As for the mod itself it looks really interesting and i would play it.

And for the record, I think Lawrence of Arabia is boring as fuck. I like the acting, I like the script, it's not even what I'd consider a bad movie. In fact, it's really good.

It's amazing. The special effects i mean. The movie was extremely boring. Seeing a shuttle dock, for 5 minutes, is not cool.
