Sorry, Willco, Terence Young is the only correct answer. Not only did he mold Connery (who by all accounts was pretty much a hard-nosed thug prior) into Bond (Young himself was and is still considered by many to be James Bond, if he were to have existed, suave, cultured, charming, etc), but he set the standard for what Bond movies should be, and most importantly, he directed 3 of the very best films in the series.
