The thing is the people pointed out as 'the viral marketers' of GAF arent really that. Like che for example, he gets A LOT of flak for even voicing his opinion on games just cause he works at Microsoft, when its clear by reading his opinions he isnt offering a company line, just how he feels.

I think GAF does itself no justice in crucifying these 'viral marketers' when you can't get a DECENT opinion from the gamefaq/teamxbox rejects that populate the place now.

I don't think GoFreak is a Viral Marketer. On B3D he actually participates in technical discussions that don't have to do with the PS3 (GPUs in general, graphic technology). Bad_Boy strikes me as a Playstation fan, hes cool and just seems real interested in the PS3 (like I am).

Its scary that its gotten to the point where anyone could be a Viral Marketer. Having to question everyone as if their opinion is on payroll.

Gofreak hasn't posted on B3D in a long time but Bad Boy knows the release date of every single possible Sony thing.  And mckmas gives you neg rep for saying tilt is gimmicky in the PS3 Tony Hawk and spent 2 pages argueing that there is no proof that double the development time made the PS3 version of Fight Night good.  If he is not a viral marketer then he is very sick and needs to spend time away from the computer.
