And whoever gets James Bond, will put their own producers on it, and depending on the studio they might very well not bring back Daniel Craig, in favor of an actor that has closer ties to the studio.
Daniel is only in it for the long haul, if MGM themselves make James Bond.
fact: Pierce Brosnan was the biggest bond since Connery, and each Bond of his broke previous records.
MGM doesn't actually make the movies. EON does. EON is the company that has actually developed and hired the writer/director/star of all the Bond movies going back to Dr. No. EON is the studio that signed Daniel Craig.
fact: Pierce Brosnan was the biggest bond since Connery, and each Bond of his broke previous records.
Sorry to burst your bubble but Daniel Craig's Bond movies made more than Pierce Brosnan's. A LOT more. It's not even close.
1. Casino Royale:$594,239,066
2. Quantum of Solace: $586,090,727
3. Die Another Day: $431,971,116 (Brosnan's highest grossing Bond film)
Even adjusted for inflation Daniel Craig's films are the top grossing Bond films since Connery. He is the most successful Bond actor since Connery, period.
Uh, i said "was". And he got the boot.
Maybe Daniel gets the boot, and then another dude becomes the next biggest bond since whatever. Daniel Craig is in no way shape or form the reason why people saw Bond.
EON is the studio house that has the people that work on Bond, but the decisions are green light by the studio. And IF say, warner Brothers for example bought the Bond property, there's no certainty that they wouldn't take it to some other studio.
See, it's MGS that greenlights pre production, budget, etc
It's like saying, it's not Warner Brothers that makes Batman, it's Legendary. Lol, yeah sure, it's that studio that gets it all together on the development side, but top level decisions go by Warner Brothers.
"making up stuff", give me a break, insulting me like that for something that is 100% true.
