My grandpa went in for knee surgery about 4 years ago. I was going to go visit him at the hospital while he was there, but before I even made it he was dead. True Story.

Well I didn't. I don't even remember blacking out. One moment I'm counting down and the next I'm waking up in the hospitable bed groggy. I had knee surgery too. Its very stiff and swollen for about a week.

edit: My junk was exposed for the entire procedure too.

my weirdest anesthesia story is being knocked out with underwear on but waking up without it for a jaw surgery. I did appreciate the ventilation but it was sort of weird.
