Played The Bioshock DLC.

Thats it?

I mean jesus even the storytelling was subpar. How many times can this series use amnesia until people stop loving it?

I'm playing BEYOND TWO SOULS and I am laughing my ass off

I just got locked under the stairs because I gave a teenager an old book of poems at her birthday party.

I played GOW3 on easy. It wasn't as satisfying, but GOW is about set pieces and mythology. The combat is :yeshrug

Also you need to stop holding the Souls games as benchmarks of difficulty. Millions of players have beaten that shit :hitler

Restarted xenoblade. I started months ago but gave up rather abruptly. This time I'm going to try to stick with it. Game seems fun. Lots of fiddly things to do in menus which I like in an RPG. Story seems meh but decent enough to at least not stop me from playing so far. I have a feeling I'm playing it in a shitty manner and brute forcing my way rather than being skillful but what can you do.

No - you can just explore and you get XP for finding stuff. The quests can be overwhelming - don't force yourself to do them. It is very MMO-like.

The game will tell you if you are too weak. Look at the enemy icons and colors.

Just cleaned up the base 1000/1000 in Sleeping Dogs, now doing the Nightmare DLC. Pretty funny stuff. Gonna 200/200 Zeno Clash today also.

Then I'll maybe work on:

- Marlow Briggs Hardcore run. The game is more enjoyable on hardcore, but damn do some of the enemies are damage sponges. I should finish this asap so I can be the 3rd person on TA to get 400/400

- Grinding last couple cheevs in Shoot Many Robots zzzzzzz

- Resident Evil 6, this is what I'll most likely do

xenoblade is easy as shit as long as you have a guy tanking and the medic heal... the only thing that you have to watch out for is that if you are 5 level below a monster his name will be yellow and you will deal less damage and a lot of your attack will miss, and if you are 20 level you'll deal like single digit damage and hit once every 5 attack but it's pretty rare for that to happen unless you go pick a fight yourself... even then when you die you just respawn like nothing happened

It's a very slow game in general. And I'm already skipping all the cutscenes and as much of the talking as it will let me. orz
Some of it might be because the PS2 version has the worst load times across all areas. Initial area loads, menu to menu, in-fight animations... I watched some skeleton idle for ten seconds before its skill animation played. :holeup I can't deal with this. Gonna shelve it for now.

Starting playing Wind Wanker HD, omg next-gen bloom lighting. I beat the first real dungeon (Dragon's Roost).

You'd have to be pretty far down the ntard rabbit hole to mistake this for an amazing looking game in 2013, but I've always enjoyed the WW art style, and it still looks good in HD. It's still fun too and I'm liking the little tweaks they've made to this version, so Go Team N, I guess!

Playing Suikoden 3, going in order and finishing up Chris' second chapter right now. Enjoying the game so far, apart from the linear dungeons and lack of analog stick movement. Really like the graphics, the 60FPS, lack of lighting and high-quality (for the time) textures makes it look like a DC game rather than a PS2 game.

Maybe she got caught in an explosion? That messed me up when I did my ghost run, because an already unconcious merc got caught in the robot's explosion.

It was pretty easy on PC, provided you were using a mouse. I imagine it's much more difficult with a controller.

Terraria on the Vita, it's sortof addictive with decent controls. Still not sure what I'm meant to do, even after reading faqs. Resources aren't exactly plentiful, and I probably died maybe 50 times with a goblin invasion, and ended up accidently blowing up part of my house while dying.

decided to try a bunch of indie games and the only one i've stuck with was tiny barbarian dx

pretty cool sidescroller, catchy tunes... decent graphics, the only problem is that as you can see it's quite short,i finished it in a hour... the video above does it in 45 minutes, apparently the game is divided in episodes and the full game is 4 episode long but so far only episode 1 is out and apparently it's been like so since this may

and uh also tried this two brothers game... not that brothers game, another brothers game!

i tought it had some pretty nice looking sprite art but the game is a mess, bug's everywhere (best part was when i evaded a trap by clipping through a wall) awfull pacing, floaty combat, bleh :yuck

Been playing Terraria on 360. Not 100% sure on the game yet, it's pretty addicting but it seems you have to do a shitload of work to make any kind of progress. Still, cabbing out and creating shit and digging is fun.

I finished Beyond - or at least, one of the endings. Game drags on way too long, and all the time jumping just to get to the point was annoying.

The ending was good though, at least the one I got. Surprisingly, there was a last minute twist I didnt see, so I was glad to not be spoiled on that.

I'm so glad I waited to play more Xcom till I got Enemy Within, my impressions so far are highly positive. The new additions to gameplay types are interesting and varied enough. The new tech tree's are awesome to play around with and the economies are very well balanced in regards to costs. Exalt is pretty damn awesome! I found myself giving all of my game time to this and even find myself staying up all night playing it, which is something I rarely do.

I don't know if I want to go back to Risk of Reign after playing Enemy Within. There's something so very rewarding about playing and not dying in an Xcom game.

In other news I uninstalled Xcom the turd, I don't think I'll ever go back to play it. I don't care that 2k Marin worked on it, even if I liked Bioshock 2 a lot. That game is ass!
