Is Children of Earth aired in the US yet?

I've seen it on Netflix, so I would say it has. It's also available on Blu-ray, I think.

OMG, the South Park Facebook episode was fucking hilarious just for the bit about Chatroulette alone.  I was in tears watching that part.

Wow. I watched the Simpsons episode "Stealing First Base' from like a couple weeks ago and it was actually. . . good. Funny, real characters, and no cheap gags.

I just noticed that all the cars on Breaking Bad seem to match their drivers' personalities.  Walter drives a geeky aztek, Skyler has a suburbanish wooden wagon, there's Jesse with his little beat up but still running Tercel, and Hank in his big mean SUV.  This show first got me into it as a chemistry nerd and now it's keeping me as a car nerd.

I was just thinking about that as I was watching tonight! Even the high-up Pollos distributor, with his under-the-radar but still making a subtle statement Volvo.

Watched most of Mad Men.

When I say most of it, I mean I got into the habit during the second season of FFWDing through parts that I thought would bore me, including entire subplots.  I feel guilty for admitting this, but I just didn't care enough about the stifled housewife bits and whatever that thing was between Peggy and the priest.  The office stuff was way more dynamic and exciting, which is partly the point I guess.

Maybe I'll go through it later and appreciate the whole thing, and it'll be like how I couldn't stay focused on Updike stories at first cause it was just a bunch of white people cheating on each other.

Missing out on tons of context in regards to the office dynamic. Understanding Don's marriage/relationships versus Roger's is rather vital to understanding their office interaction.

Seriously, South Park vs. Muhammed is one for the history books. Comedy Central apparently censored out his likeness and even mentions of his name after those Muslim extremists released the statement basically threatening Trey Parker and Matt Stone's lives. I tried to watch the episode and this is what I got:

 :'(

Apparently CC also isn't rebroadcasting it, either. This is a huge deal that oddly hasn't gotten the attention it deserves.

In the 14 years we've been doing South Park we have never done a show that we couldn't stand behind. We delivered our version of the show to Comedy Central and they made a determination to alter the episode. It wasn't some meta-joke on our part. Comedy Central added the bleeps. In fact, Kyle's customary final speech was about intimidation and fear. It didn't mention Muhammad at all but it got bleeped too. We'll be back next week with a whole new show about something completely different and we'll see what happens to it.
