Also will the controller charge if the ps3 is off?

No, but the controller charges through a standard mini-USB to USB cable.  You can plug it into most USB outlets; I usually plug it into my computer or TV to charge it.

You really should turn off the driving assistance. It lowers your maximum speed and it will prevent you from taking the most efficient path through corners.

No, and what's even funnier is that there are some USB chargers which don't charge it. Or, at least, they didn't charge my controllers. It was strange.

I can only charge them using the back ports of my PC. It's probably a USB phantom power issue.

I've noticed when I use my DS3 for my PC, the power somehow bypasses the battery and runs the device directly.

It's OK- It's not a Sonic game.  It's a Sega racing game made by Sumo Digital.  They do good things.   :)

Picked up Sonic And Sega All-Stars Racing on 360- Target's website showed it in stock, but they had no copies.  Toys R Us had tons of them.

I kind of feel that way, too.  I should have just picked up the Vita version and waited for ACIII to drop in price.

wow, what the fuck.

I was listening to this guy rant like a schizophrenic on a nightly basis on twitch earlier this year.  It got sad after a while, like making fun of a distinguished mentally-challenged kid.

And his "organization" is absolutely nothing, except Sanford Kelly, and hasn't been anything for like 10 years.  It's like Polygon listened to him talk about himself once and ran with an article.

Quote
Triforce's older brother, Nathanial, brought Triforce into a local community of game lovers called Video Land. A mysterious 9-year-old named Kevin ran the group. The boy wore a Nintendo Power Glove as if it were a royal gauntlet, and would go on to win a Nintendo-sponsored video game championship. Kevin claimed the title of Game Master, the best of the group, the Obi-Wan to Triforce's Anakin.

I'm pretty sure that's the plot to The Wizard.

Quote
Then he worked in the mailroom of Goldman Sachs. "It was good pay," he says, "but it wasn't for me. They said, 'Hey man, do this for five years, and we'll get a position for you.' I'm not waiting five years. I want a career I'm going to be happy with now. If you accept a nine-to-five and you're able to do better, then you're a sucker."

Triforce jumped from Goldman Sachs for a job at the GameStop on 34th St.

lol

Quote
Over the past couple years, the two-bedroom apartment, tucked inside the Brooklyn neighborhood of Crown Heights, has been transformed into a dojo for competitive video gamers.

The name Gods' Arc is short for Arcade of the Gods — Triforce is quick to diminish the religious connotations. To enter the Arc, a visitor must walk a 20-odd-foot hallway, lined on both sides with signed posters of arcade legends like Billy Mitchell, Walter Day, Todd Rogers, Jonathan Wendel and Tony Temple. At the very end is a poster of Triforce himself.

Haha, omg this is too much.  :lol

Quote
"No women or children are allowed," Triforce tells me, so I ask about prospective dates. "I don't bring girls here," he says. "I go to their place."

:lol :lol :lol

OMG, he was actually married, and his wife divorced him because he spent all their money on videogames.  :fbm

Quote
He wants kids, and hopes it's not too late. A moment later, Lincoln and Sanford bust into the living room, giggling, interrupting our interview. "Yo, you guys done?" one says, "We want to play some Street Fighter."

Triforce nods.

Wilde homo.  :-\

Triforce has a dangerous story. Because no matter how pathetic or destructive your gaming habit becomes, you can still think about him and say, "At least I'm not as bad as that guy."

He really sets the floor pretty low.

reading through the gaf thread, I can be kinda understanding that it's a guy chasing his dreams (albeit poorly)...but man, his rants are really insane.  When he talks about any of the rumors that go around about him, he twists it completely to the point where he's perfect and throws everybody else under the bus and adds an extra counter rumor with really bad shit about somebody else.  You couldn't fit another FGC affiliated person under that bus.   :lol

Will be interesting to see where it goes, even if the actual gameplay doesn't sound much like my thing (sprite art is pretty good though)... the western RPG genre is rife for parodying.
