Super Amazing Wagon Adventure is AMAZING. My wife and I were dying watching the video. I liked it on Steam Greenlight, hope it comes out.

I was reading up on that Neo Geo X portable thing and apparently it's running linux and using final burn alpha to emulate the games. People found other emulators (NES, SNES, Gameboys, PS1 w/bios, etc.) on it too.

I was surprised how many people bought the Neo Geo X considering the company making it had some kind of bad rep for poorly done ports or something, it was discussed quite a lot on GAF.

I actually came into this thread to whine about XCOM. It's a good game but sometimes it really fucks you over in ways even the original didn't. My squad just wiped because the game decided to spawn four thin men in the middle of the team and put them into instant overwatch. I killed two of them but missed the other two, one of which promptly killed my best guy as he tried to get to cover. My other guys panicked and were then immediately picked off.

it was obviously some bullshit emulator business and I wasn't confident in the screens or build quality. Congrats to people who bought it, they got like 15 games that have been rereleased a million times over the past 10 years.

Outside of Batman and maybe the thugs, stuff actually looks cool. The world design looked pretty cool to me. I mean outside of Roidman its a good looking game.

Sadly the thugs looks repeat a lot but they are just fodder to be defeated with the combat system so hey.

From what i've seen of AC catwoman looks interesting and Two Face didn't look bad either.

I don't like the character design of those games but on a technical level the games are very, very impressive.

Bane is probably the worst design. His shoulder is bigger than his body below his torso. He flashes neon green.

The color green is the only reason they got away with Ivy's look since she's literally just wearing the Arkham shirt and even then that shirt is barely there

those are cartoonized drawings though. they're supposed to be like that. Cat woman looks like she's had a bunch of plastic surgery done on her face and tits, hence "porn star." I don't mean she's sexualized or in skimpy clothes, etc. I mean she looks like a porn star.

At a work party several years ago we went to a pool hall and ordered pizza. The pizza was hours late and we were supposed to have a "pool tournament". I played pool like shit (maybe on purpose?) and bombed out straight away. They had a Street Fighter II Turbo machine in the place which I pumped coins into for the next several hours while drinking beer. Someone can make money off that shit.
