I just got a $100 Best Buy gift card, and I'm thinking on holding onto it until preorders for the PS Vita memory cards come up, then the 32GB card is mine.

Wipeout went down $10 to $30, too, which is good, because that's the Vita launch title I want.

Bit of both. You can buy characters using in game currency or real moneys and currency boosts to help buy stat changing runes. Cosmetic skins are 100% pay only, though.

I like the game, but it costs like $300 to buy the entire roster and I can't be convinced to grind 20 hours per character when Dota 2 is staring at me with every character unlocked. $:-\$

I guess that's decent. Would be better if the tables just launched at a reduced price for a week or something, instead of releasing 2 a month and putting only 1 on sale. That's probably going to negatively affect how much money they make since a lot of people won't buy anything if it has the chance of being put on sale within a month.

Just staying out of sight only works with 1-star Wanted level. 2 or higher, you have to actively reduce it by collecting stars around the city, or all at once by visiting a Pay-n-Spray. Unlike GTA IV, you can roll into the Pay-n-Spray with cops or tanks right on your tail. You don't have to break line-of-sight to use the shop.
