God damnit, SEGA was probably my favorite publisher this gen... Resonance of Fate, Valkyria Chronicles and the Platinum games are the best games I've played all gen.

This means no more SEGA retail games in English except Sonic, Football Manager, Aliens, and Total War. Period. What's nearly finished should get released but that's it.

That's definitely the final nail in Bayonetta 2's coffin, sadly.

I don't get the point of almost shutting down SEGA USA. Unlike NamcoBandai, Sega doesn't have a strong lineup of JAPAN-ONLY brands besides RGG & Hatsune Miku. They depend on international appeal and international sales for their titles. Downsizing their localization staff seems illogical to me.

no,you can only brick it if something fucks up during the firmware upgrade or if you install something like wiiware games using the hack

but as quietID said,there's no reason to de-hack it,an hacked wii makes for an awesome emu-box and you don't have to cry buhbuh over nintendo not bringing this game to the us

you can't access the store,because accessing the store requires you to update your firmware (which would kill the hack) but sure you can play online all much you want,i racked up like so many online hours playing monster hunter 3

not being able to access the store isn't a big deal anyway because you can use the hack to play virtual console/wiiware games,not that there is anything worth playing besides megaman 9

Not entirely virgin firmware, there will always be traces of shit, but for the most part it should be vanilla.

You can access Wii store, you just need ot update the shop channel by itself - which you can do with an app.

this has been announced a while ago but this is the first time i have seen the trailer so here it is,it's a game for vita so maybe it should go in the vita thread?

apparently it's done by a new studio called neilo which was created by an ex-sega employee called tak hirai

and this was announced about an eternity ago but it's nice to see it wasn't cancelled or anything

That is a PC/360 demo. There isnt any platforms associated with it yet, nor is there even funding
