It's pretty challenging, but will definitely give you those Mirror's Edge parkour vibes. One thing that helps is once you hit a checkpoint, you'll auto respawn instantly there when you die- zero load times (at least on PC). Makes having to replay a section multiple times not feel so tedious.

Ok, so I discovered in a thread about Super Meatboy Forever (autorunner bleh), that the main guy behind Super Meatboy (which was huge and popular) who went on and did Binding of Isaac (which was huge and popular) made...a spiritual sequel traditional hardcore platformer following up Isaac in 2017 called The End is Nigh...and it just flew under everyone's radar?

Like...I've never heard of it in the last 3 years. I look on Steam and there's only a couple hundred reviews compared to thousands for his other games. Isaac was really big on the internet, same with Meatboy, wth happened that he released another platformer and it just vanished? The reviews are good too.

Picked it up for a couple bucks now during the steam sale and will give it a try. It's just weird that this should have been a big deal Indie game, but I never heard of it.

So turns out the Death Stranding Cyberpunk 2077 crossover DLC has functional advantages gameplay-wise: hacking (can disable enemy scanners temporarily, use stun to KO enemies/vehicles remotely) and an improved melee 'Silverhand' punch.

It almost seems like it'd take the edge off some enemy encounters? Idk, maybe they balanced it.

Tried the demo.

The slow mo strafing bullet dodging thing feels fucking tedious over and over and kills the momentum along with all the trial & error. By the second stage just wasn't finding it fun at all. Glad there was a demo so I know to pass on it.

Love the 2D style of this little itch.io game. Has a kind of PETSCII-esque art style and they kept things like the text aliasing consistent.

Yeah thats annoying as fuck indeed. I dunno, I thought she was kinda hot because she was such a slut. I love when pornstars are just anxious to get some dick. Some seemed to really enjoy it, more than others. Sasha was such a girl imo.

I thought USGamer was actually ok when Toasty Frog was still there. They had some pretty thoughtful articles about gaming, but without the obnoxious woke bent that Kotaku has to shove down your throat(I still like them but they can be real tryhards). It felt like a decent core gamer website.

But Eurogamer is just as good and does the same. It being Europe focus hardly seems to matter. Digital foundry at this point is kind of an institution as well.
