Well my only advice is to stick with it, I used to play fps on PC like Unreal Tournament, CS and Quake3Arena, but then I played for a looong time on consoles. But I guess I still played games like Hitman Blood Money on PC with KB/M.
Its more laid back to play with a controller, but KB/M just gives an added advantadge of precision. After a while it will become more natural than playing with a controller
. But I know there are a bunch of people who are really good on PC who play with a controller too.
Apex has seen a lot of changes. I kinda stopped playing after season 2/3? I used to play a lot on Xbox because it didnt work on my CPU (fuck you Respawn). I only started playing again at the tail end of Season 7. The Olympus map is amazing imo, a lot better than the other two maps visually.
A bunch of new legends too yes, I was hyped for Fuse but he's kinda meh. I also dont really like Rampart or Loba. I like mobility, so I really like Horizon heh. Ofcourse im hyped for Valk.
The EVO shields that Apex added are genius. You dont need to search for better shields so much, because the more damage you do, your shield gets upgraded. You even get a grey bodyshield after doing a certain amount of damage.
Thats why I recommend dropping at spots where at least 1 other team lands. I hate hot dropping though, landing where there are four/five other teams. That just seems stupid to me.
