I forgot the detail about one beer, and just her being high; I thought everyone was drunk, and she was high. They think you took advantage of her, that's not a good place to be. But you're friends should know what type of guy you are, and that you're not That Guy who takes advantage of chicks. I get the impression some may know about your...struggles with women and that you were being desperate by kissing her. If they are true friends you'll be able to clear this up IMO, but you'll have to be honest. Based on your Internet persona over the last 8 years, you wouldn't have asked for a kiss if she was sober - am I right? So you'll have to discuss that I guess

I don't know mang...about a decade ago a rumor spread in my larger social circle that some guy groped and made out with this chick who was passed out.  The rumor spread fast and people wanted to beat this guy's ass.  This guy's parents got phone calls from people saying, "Did you know that your son is a rapist!?"  Turns out, the story was completely made up by some guy who wanted to fuck with him.  It was still pretty devastating and was hell for about a couple of months before it went away.  Even now, he never quite shed the rumors entirely.

I guess what I'm saying is that I'd wonder how important these people are to you.  If they're important and you want to hang out with them again, I'd get the air cleared fast.  "Bebpo made out with a chick who was impaired" can turn into "Bebpo attempted to rape this chick" real quick-like.  You want to get this shit taken care of before it gets to that if it gets to that.  Even get the girl in question to back you up.  Or just drop your friends and move on.  If what you're saying is true, then it's way overblown and you have to wonder if they were ready to dog you for anything, regardless of what it was that happened.  True friends should get the real story from you, not flap their hands in disgust without getting the facts.

It depends on the type of questions you ask and the size of the class. If you're the only one that's interested in hearing the answer than you might as well ask the professor about during a break instead. If it's a smaller class then it's fine to ask as many questions as you'd like.

I'm very rarely annoyed by questions, but the opposite can also be frustrating and a waste of valuable class time. Sometimes you encounter students who clearly never even opened the course book and still constantly asks basic questions. Asking a question every now and then is fine, but if you ask a lot of questions you want to make sure that someone else besides yourself get something out of it.

Well this was economics, and my questions were always policy-related, i.e. how does this economic principle we've just learned about relate to x policy, etc. But the professor was kind of bad about staying on point, and I honestly was just at a much higher level of economic understanding than 90% of the class, so I can understand why it would be annoying. I read books on economics for fun; most of these people are just taking it as a requirement.

with a $4 topping of braised pork belly. 

Pretty awesome.  Definitely the best I've had, though not exactly miles beyond the place i go to in chicago (Santouka.)

also, we got to the place at 4:30, a half hour before opening and there was already a line.  by the time the place opened, it was an hour+ wait to get in.

So apparently I'm "that guy" in class who asks too many questions of the professor. One of my classmates called me out on it last night at a NYE party. She was drunk and on coke, but I've heard it from 3-4 people now. I guess I need to STFU and maybe go to office hours if I want to ask questions. *Sigh*

So we went to Universal Studios over the weekend and inside one of their crowded public bathrooms there was a kid doing exactly this. He was pissing at a urinal with his pants all the way down.
