Still pretty bare bones and I haven't answered any of the match questions but still get like 5 messages a day at least. I always spend way too much time on the first section of a law exam. In my defense, it had twice as many question, including a multi-part question, and a vague open-ended essay question that should be a Master's thesis.

Also pretty sure I fucked up a question because I applied the wrong contextual-factor test for "just cause" dismissal. I must've come across 2 dozen between employment law and labour law, including contextual tests for individual contextual factor (insert meme here).

"Now we must consider the economic consequences of the union member who assaulted a co-worker. Hmmm it seems that a violent and uneducated old man with few skills who showed no remorse for his acts is unemployable--union grievance awarded! Back to work he goes."

yeah...spent 2 and a half hours on my essay questions for my last exam.  Had about 30 minutes for 30 multiple choice questions...both sections are weighted equally.   can't wait to see if I lucked out or not!  I had to guess about 10, only skimmed/half-read a few more, and confidently answered maybe 10 out of 30.  yay.

nah, it's up to the professor.   They aren't fun!  At least in an essay, you can partially address, get partial credit, and show you understand what's going on, even if you don't know the exact terms and such.  You could have a string of bad luck on MCs and get fucked. 

But really, the whole 1 test at the end thing is ridiculous in itself.  There should be 3 or 4 tests per semester, particularly in 1L.

You need to have been previously registered with a tribe. I've been on the Ottawa rolls since I was a little kid. You can't jump on this in the hopes of getting some of it if you're not already recognized as part of a tribe.

Had an individual interest in land held in trust or restricted status by the U.S. government as of September 30, 2009.
