Heard about it on the podcast Important if True a while ago and wanted to post it here : TV networks have taken an habit of intentionally misspelling the name of their shows when submitting them to Nielsen, if they expect for some reason lackluster ratings that day, as the system is automated and will create a separate entry in the database and therefore do things like not tallying the misspelled entries into the average of one show's ratings :

Duf, the games help you with learning manual transmission by learning to to pay attention to your revs.

As a result of video games, I learned how to perfectly drive a manual transmission in my first 30 minutes of real life driving. I was so good at driving that I did not even need to pay attention to stop signs or surrounding traffic.

Dude, then this conversation is EASY.

"Boss, I need x percent raise. Cost of living goes up 2-3% a year and it's been y years since my last raise. If I don't get a raise in essence I'm losing money to work for you."

Done and done. Even if you don't take this tact, it's all the more important to not talk about dollars, but percentages. A boss will think "Where am I going to get 10k from?" But might think "3% isn't that bad...."

Google drive is like 20 buckaroos per month.

I meant for 2TB btw. Don't think dropbox is as flexible in term of space allocation.

Salads work for me as a diet food simply because I look at it and think "I can have a salad or nothing." And I go with nothing. Solves the problem, just a different way.

Tomato is a big sinner for that, but it's really good. So I recommend using smaller/dries ones like cherry tomato sliced in two.

An appreciation for Taco Bell needs to be earned through years of being young, drunk or high and starving at 2 am in the morning.
