I'll be coming to NY soon enough anyways. THe plan is to work in Houston for a while to get money to move to Rochester, NY, become a resident there and keep applying until Rochester Institute of Technology accepts me. Considering the companies there (Kodak for instance) it would be a wasted opportunity to not do this.

goddamn mistakes in cookbooks. I am supposed to be roasting this spanish-style chicken at 220 degrees celsius for 80 mins according to Jamie Oliver - after the 1st 20 the chorizo on top was burnt black. I rushed to turn it down so hopefully the chicken itself will be ok.... I guess that was just the pre-heat temp and you are supposed to turn it down a bit after the skin gets crispy? There is no mention of that though.

Weird, I've used that recipe plenty of times before and I've never had a problem. Must just be in the euro version.

Between brushing my teeth in a public bathroom and bitching like an arrogant cunt to someone I actually like, I just feel awful about how things turned out today. Good lord, at one point I was about to punch a wall but pussied out because, and I swear this was the thought that went through my head, "If I hurt my hand, I can't play video games." I managed to embarrass myself while I was embarrassing myself and that somehow humbled me into calming down.
