I've been drinking a lot lately. Like I've been socially out with people about 5 or 6 nights a week and it usually involves drinking 2 beers or more. Besides just gaining weight, I feel like this is not the healthiest thing to be ending every night buzzed. Having a lot of fun though, so not sure if I want to curtail it just yet.
2 beers is hardly drinking bro, especially if your'e not talking pints
anything over 4 pints is a slight uneasyness the next day though, I made a rhyme to help me remember how much one can drink (pints)
If you drink 1 you won't have fun,
if you drink 2 you won't feel blue,
if you drink 3, everything is alright matey,
if you drink 4 you won't be sore,
if you drink 5 you MIGHT be alright,
if you drink 6 you're tummy will be in a mix,
if you drink 7 you won't wake up before 11,
if you drink 8 you def won't go to work mate™
Switch to alcohol-free beer after the first proper one. It tastes alright and if you drink it from a glass you won't be mocked by jocks and bros.
The only ok tasting alco-free beer is Becks. Anything else tastes pretty bad.
