Bad news for me. The apartment company wants to fit our apartments with meters for water and sewer...then we're going to get charged. On top of that, the new contract (this will be my 3rd year) is going to jack up the rent from $760/month to $800/month.

So time for me to move. Not that I couldn't afford it but I couldn't take the assfucking on general principle.

So I looked and saw some nice condos a few miles where I live. Does anyone have any experience with those? If so, do you have any advice? They seem pretty cheap too - I saw one that had 1 bed/1 bath, 1100 square feet, and was $140,000. Prices are still about half of what they were about 5 years ago so this seems like a nice deal to me.

Yeah there was a house that was 1200 square feet, looked nice, backyard, cookie cutter suburban housing. $98,000. However I'm too lazy to adhere to covenants so fuck that.

Some electrical thingy in my building blew up last night so I been without electricity since 1 a.m. Then at like 2 some mexicunt who lives in the building next to mine started blasting some fucking mariachi music, my sister yelled for him to turn that off and he went off and started screaming how that is his apartment and he is a real macho etc and kept that for like an hour.

A gun shot was heard from his apartment a couple of minutes ago so hopefully he fucking killed himself.

All of my back hair is gone.

Earlier this week I realized that the hair thinning and dissolution that started at my shoulders is spreading to my back. But at the time I had a full on thick cover of back hair. It is all gone now.

I am so happy.

Body hair is disgusting. Arm hair next please.

I'm not expecting a complete erase of arm/leg hair. My shoulders and back still have hair but it is so light and thin compared to the thick carpet I used to have. I'm hoping the same happens to my arms. I can deal with hair; I can't deal with feeling like I'm Chewbacca.

Has anyone here taken a GRE paper-based subject test and do you remember how long it took to get your unofficial results posted online? I got my ass kicked by the biochem one which is expected since it has the lowest average and smallest standard deviation but I still itch to know.
