Yesterday was a co-worker's last day. Another co-worker told me that he walked into the break room once and watched him shove his finger up his nose, pick a huge chunk of green gold, and flick it away. Gross. This guy sat next to me and on occasion I'd see him with his finger near his nose and look away.
Usually when people leave, they walk around and say goodbye and shake hands. I did not want to do this
because boogers. Fortunately, he got up and waved, then just left. Kind of rude but a good thing in this case. Another guy moved to sit at his desk, but stopped, went and got cleaning supplies, and starting scrubbing the hell out of the desk. Several people around him burst out laughing.
Turns out that this guy's desk was covered in boogers and everyone knew that he had been picking and flicking. One co-worker said he offered him a tissue once, but the guy declined and proceeded to pick his nose instead.
