I sat down on my bed yesterday and my pyjama bottoms just ripped completely, a huge hole right in the crotch. Real easy access pants now. Okay so they were kinda old and lightweight non-stretchy cotton so the fabric was likely a bit worn already but still, maybe I should consider losing at least a little bit of weight lol.

I've been traveling for work every week this month. Was headed home but the flight got delayed which caused my connecting flight to be incompatible.

Speaking of that dumb website, I foolishly signed up for a free trial awhile back (only 1 of my grandparents was born in the U.S.) and was quite blown away by how bad it actually is given its presence. (It kept insisting one of my grandmothers was an abuela when she wasn't, for example.) Nice to see all the race science money they've been getting from DNA testing is being reinvested in a core product.

It was however fun to learn how hilariously racist cacs used to be though. On a 1930 census it listed "Jewish" as my great grandparents primary language.

"Hebrew" as a racial category was also kind of funny.

There was this show on the History Channel, I believe it was called Tales of the Gun. In the episode on the AK-47 one of the people interviewed talked about how GIs loved the gun because they could let it rust up in a locker, take it out, kick it around a bit and it'd be fine to shoot.

Anyway, there are people who like having friends like this. You touch base once in awhile, you don't do emotional bonding bullshit, just kick the bolt on the AK-47 that is your friendship and pop off. It's the majority of my friendships atm because I'm not really cut out for anything else.

If I were a success win Instagram business guy I'd say something banal like, "Limitations are opportunities," now but I mediated interpersonal relationships through an edutainment program on a dubious cable network.

Isn't this just becuase you're still drunk? I think I remember that feeling, but it normally waned after an hour or to (often, and more frequently the older I got, turning into panic attacks over the course of the day).

Yesterday it was reported that there may be some snow. Cue PANIC IN THE ATL AND MASS SHUT DOWNS! STAY OFF THE HIGHWAY OR YOU'RE DEAD!!!!

Woke up this morning and it was a pretty warm-feeling 49 outside. Everything's fine outside. I see that all the warnings got downgraded to advisories overnight. They think there will be some snow in parts of the area, but it won't stick to roads or anything. Basically a big nothing so far. Not gonna complain about it however- it made the drive in to work super smooth and easier than usual with the highway half empty.

It's tomorrow that might be a problem with black ice and whatnot.
