Speaking of dog killing, one of the announcers last night said Vick was "electrifying" and I laughed and laughed.

Starting the season with an auto-draft (except for me picking up Kyle Orton and several other players I've dropped by now), I now have:

3 top ten QBs (Freeman should be up there after this week)
2 top ten WRs (should have 3 in a few weeks depending if people continue to let me pick up stuff on waivers when I'm 11 of 12 on the line)
2 top ten RBs
2 top ten TEs

That's interesting. The Pats beat down the Steelers yet Big Ben had a very good passing game. St Louis' pass defense is ranked better than New England's, and they'll be playing against Ryan at home. Damn that's tough.

sounds like the type of choice that'll go down to the last minute on sunday lol

Didn't start Jennings in the GAF league and was at my grandma's place all day, but I saw all the highlights from that game lol. Luckily I'm up 80 on my opponent even without Jennings.

Not even gonna discuss the Lions.

You're going to absolutely shit on me after tonight though.  Vick and Nicks?  You're bound to get around 50 points there.  I have Rivers for tomorrow, but I bet you still win.

I sat Antonio Gates because he was questionable going into today, and his injury usually takes 2-4 weeks to heal. Hopefully he doesn't play, because if he does, he will probably score 30 points as usual.

Well, no God mode, but already almost ten points and a rushing TD.

It's more likely that Vick will blow up than Nicks so we will see. Worst case scenario is that neither do. But at this point unless Vick gets injured he's a proven unstoppable force.

Vick is at 17 in the 4th quarter, I think my victory is intact seeing how I'm still up by 31 points.

Hey Zero Hero, I'm only 19 points behind and I have two players left

 :)

Also, again with the waivers. I'm last on the waiver list and I picked up a WR that gave me 24.4 points this week and outscored my top ten WR that ESPN actually ranked #1 this week. BOOM.

I've been watching the Rams recently [since the Cowboys are going nowhere and I've liked Sam Bradford since his OU days] and they are a very frustrating team. They'll get out to an early lead thanks to Bradford, then they'll go completely over to prevent defense/time-waste offense where they just keep running the ball and running the ball and getting nothing out of it. All the while, the other team gets back into the game and either wins or makes it really, really close when it shouldn't be. Okay, I'm not a football expert here but MAYBE let Bradford throw a some passes in the last quarter of the game, guys?

I'm pretty sure you got me. I'm sure Gore will get you 12 points. That is a great pick up!
I'd have felt better if Steve Johnson caught that game winner against Pittsburgh.  ::)

Gore out with a season ending broken hip.

:( And another loss. I shouldn't have benched Tamme for Gates. I would have won.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Now I'm in a position to win. I can still get a first round playoff bye if PD loses and I win. If PD wins and I win, I get in the playoffs. I need to win to stay in the playoffs. I can't lose.

Is Peyton Manning the most overrated athlete of all time?  He's consistently been an average to horrible performer under stressful conditions yet almost everyone in the media makes excuses for him.  It's a joke how they preemptively defend against people who will unfairly label Manning a choker when the exact opposite happens.  Manning is consistently placed ahead of Brady, Brees, Rivers, etc, regardless of how well they perform personally or how much they win.  Sort of winning 3 championships in a row and getting another 5,000 yds/48 TD season, even Brady probably has no chance of surpassing Manning in all-time rankings.
