Part of the fanboy delusion when it comes to J-land stuff is that because it comes from over there, the blinkers come on, and any pretence of objectivity is swiftly thrown out of the window.

Back in ye olden days [the later 90's], it did sort of seem like that was the case, that everything that came out of Japan was great. This was a combination of selective releases, childhood naivety, that new car smell, and the boom in creative talent. I don't feel that way anymore, though, honest.

It's impossible to have a reasonable discussion this issue anywhere.  People are extremely sensitive about the issue on both sides.  I think all that can really be said is that the current legal system re: rape is flawed and there needs to be some type of reform.

Avatars have stopped working and we're getting 503 errors pretty much every day now and it isn't even E3 yet. Something tells me that this won't be the year that GAF finally doesn't crash during E3.
