Nah the poligaf thread is pretty chill, they know what I'm doing. I tend to stay away from the controversial threads, and when I do enter I'm rather reserved and fair.

If anything I'll avoid the trans threads. I think I've been beyond fair but clearly the trans posters jump on anyone who disagrees with anything

It helped me gain a lot more muscle. Also I went down from being a chubby 195 lbs to a lean 170 lbs.

But because I haven't been doing p90x in over 2 months I'm starting to lose all my gains so I need to get back to doing it sooner than later.

First few years mainly. I used to spend a lot of time on the gaming side; I bet more than half of my bans are from there. I remember getting a 5 month ban for something stupid in the gaming forum too, can't remember.

I've been banned once in the last year (off topic..something stupid, don't remember). Don't call names or insult people and you'll be fine. I can pretty much troll poligaf with no consequences though because everyone knows it's all in good fun
