Put this on twitter last night, people seemed freaked out at how little it cost/how easy it was to throw together. Just some store-bought smoked duck, crisped up in a pan. For some reason, duck breast costs only a little more than chicken here, YMMV. Not as

as you might think. Omelette with some nice Roquefort (blue cheese) inside, some stuffed olives and a tomato, boom. Just a light dinner for a no-workout day.

This is mostly the wings/legs/underside of the chicken so I stuck it all in the oven to get the skin nice and crispy, that's it. Fresh gremolata does wonders to liven up leftovers. All the bones went into stock the next day.
