MAF, did you try not running in DX 11 mode? I have a 560 Ti, which I thought would be more than adequate for AC, but it was pretty choppy in DX 11 mode. Runs smooth in DX9 mode, though.

I think physx drags down performance the most.  Just disabling it should give you at least a 30% boost.  AC didn't even run that well on my 580 SLI rig although recent drivers might have changed.  I'm waiting for my 680s before playing AC for real.
