Their big problem is that the rosters are unbalanced. On paper RAW has the best women's division in all of wrasslin but it's booked like shit because no one cares about it. Charlotte or Becky should have been on SD, but they have an unwritten rule where all couples stay on the same show so it's easier for them to be together over travels, etc. On its face that's easy to deal with but then you realize there's a weird situation where Charlotte and Andrade are engaged, but Andrade's valet/mouthpiece is married to Aleister Black, who Paul Heyman is apparently in love with and is in line for a huge push on RAW, so him being on Raw weirdly keeps Charlotte on RAW too. Could move Becky over there but then you've gotta move Seth too and the whole thing is a clusterfuck, and at the end of the day Vince gonna Vince all over everything anyway.
But yeah modern WWE booking is trash. Like, one day Jinder fucking Mahal went from not having won a match on tv in months to we're supposed to take him seriously as a title contender after one match, then he's just champion? Utter fucking trash. Put work in to establish it. Don't just decide one day "this is what it's gonna be" and ask everyone to forget years of shitty booking.
