A Realm Reborn is pretty good though. Hell it's the only reason Kagari can say it is, because it's acceptable. Too bad she's playing the god awful PS3 version though.

PS3 version isn't that bad, but it really shows the game wants a PC/PS4.

The game itself is completely by the numbers and not worth subscribing to. If they remade it into an offline MMO-esque game (like a sequel to a game that already did that... hmmmm)? I'd probably pick it up to go through, but at $15/month a pop? No.

I don't know man, that PS3 version goes almost single digits in the frame rate during some FATES. It never even has a framerate at or above 30fps, the animation is choppy for mostly everything, and the game dosen't even look good. I'd say it's pretty awful. Hopefully the PS4 version is damn good.

And would I say it's some revolutionary MMO? Nope, it's pretty much an average one. But I've enjoyed it a heck of a lot more then say Guild Wars 2, a more unique mmo. The dungeons have been very fun, the story mode has had some FF moments, and the game is just a pleasure aesthetically.

Is it worth subscribing to? I'm not sure, I have 2 months free game time and I'm not sure if I'll continue, but I probably will. I'm just having a good time with the game.

Right. Like I said: It just shows that the PS3 really wasn't the way to go for the MMO. Only reason why they did it was for the huge PS2 legacy players from Japan for FF11 on PS2. But that was too little, too late for this generation with 14.

Though you don't really need to do the FATES and I never had a problem with droppping frames in the PS3 beta.

As someone who lives in the General American region http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_American and thus having the only credible opinion on American accents, the only accent that is annoying is anything that originates in New England + New York and the deep southern accents.  Everything else is fine.

When it comes to pizza it depends on whether it's a chain that promises to "deliver under x-minutes otherwise freebies" or a local neighborhood place. I'd be a lot lenient towards the latter, whereas the former usually has a policy dealing with these situations that doesn't necessitate any back and forth.

But his films are so good I highly suggest you check them out. I think you should start with something light, like say...Yojimbo (if you've played Final Fantasy you will be familiar with his character) and its sequel Sanjuro.

yes, i will give you shit for not knowing about rashomon.  that is one of the most frequently ripped-off, influential films ever made.  i mean, you should watch a lot of kurosawa's stuff, because his influence was massive, but if you don't know anything else, you should at least know rashomon.
