I think most of them concentrate on specific threads. Evi-san seems to create mods for their specific interests so that they can hold down their areas. Like for cornballer is in tv threads so he mods those. Aeana in jrpg and rpg threads in general so she mods those. And then they fill in gaps by paying attention to any new thread, its activity, and whether or not a bomb will go off.

We go where we will and ban who we like. I'm mostly in race/sex/gender topics because no one else wants to do it, and if we don't do it people complain. Of course, they complain when we do, too. That's the thing I learned first.

I'm mostly in OT with occasional forays into gaming. Oh, and I can't count the number of times you guys got people banned on GAF.
