Revelations, acquired it in a shady way but just couldnt wait. animus edition comes out dec 2nd here.performance wise its solid, but it dips to 40fps near the docks, i think its the water.
nobody knows how a person got their game, and people get games early all the time so no rules for that either.to clarify, i am getting my copy in about a week. the animus edition

Quote from: Joe Molotov on May 26, 2014, 01:42:00 AMNo1curr unless it's the latest AAA GOTY hotnessPretty much. That's the double standard. Among dozens of others that they put in place.Unless somebody says hey I'm pirating this, leave it alone. Going down that can of worms of who actually owns what is the way to madness. It's another example of arbitrary moderation.

how cock hardeningly powerful your PC rig is.
i'm not really sure gaben's heart can take that
I reserve the right to laugh at anyone who wastes thousands of dollars to get a degree in philosophy, sociology, history, and a host of other shit that will make you a manager at McDonalds.

I won't argue against the humanities, as I certainly balanced my CS classwork with courses in history, art (which I got a minor in), urban planning, geology and a bunch of other random things that I found very interesting... (and hell, my knowledge of art had me mocking up the UI and graphic design for systems that are used in 1/6 of the nation's school districts) But still, regardless of what this article says, there's a much better chance you'll get a decent paying job with a STEM degree than with a degree in women's studies or philosophy or history... and then after you get some real world experience under your belt, recruiters will be throwing themselves at you.

A STEM major will likely get you a more stable job that pays better but the myth of a guaranteed job at the end of your college degree is something that needs to end. Not that it is a good thing but that is the reality of our time. The thing also with STEM is that since technology is moving so fast, continuous education is necessary. The downside to that is that you may end up specializing in something that is going to go away in 10 years, which might leave you shit out of luck so you're going to have go to back to school for something else in order to stay competitive. It's probable that competitive STEM majors will need to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in education throughout their working careers. Hopefully you work for an employer who will pay for it.

This is why the whole STEM cocksucking needs to go away. Mock someone for getting a degree they want while yours isn't a slamdunk either, bro. Get the degree you want with the debit you want for a job you (might not get) want. Let others do the same.
I'm not trolling guys.It was a serious comment... I'm avoiding every non 1080p game from the new systems... I played BF4 on PS3 due this restriction and I will do the same with Watch Dogs.Every non-1920x1080p game I will buy on old gen consoles.I expect to not do that this gen but I was forced because the games are not reaching this level. It is my money after all
Naruko Hanaharu, the main character designer of Suisei no Gargantia is a famous (maybe notorious for you) hentai manga artist, what else do you want from him? This is how Japanese anime industry working in reality, they really have a decent job for a hentai manga artist, and his name could attract more otaku audience. Things like "Mature audience will never accept Japanese artists sexualize little girls/underage/youngsters/female characters" is a very weak social justice agenda. If our communist government taught me anything about social justice, it's about social justice is the worst thing on this planet, it's basically nothing but admit how weak your culture/law/national strength is. If you want to achieve social justice, you make a law to forbid, you take the dispute land by force, you arrest hentai manga artists across national boundaries and put them in your jail, in this way you can tell the world "this is fucking bad and should go to hell", this is how social justice being served, not using agendas to encourage censorship or witch hunt. If America can make laws to anti such sexualiztion in ACG world, that will be respected, and there will be no Japanese game dev/anime artist dare to show these to their honorable foreign audience again. Kojima will change Quite's design, Kamitani could never make that fanservice, and Suisei no Gargantia won't give Naruko Hanaharu any job. If this is what you want, that's how to achieve it, acting like "I am such a sane mature human being, I know how bad this is, you guys who enjoy and support this are silly perverts" won't help at all.

I'm not going to single anyone out at this point, but the sheer volume of people who claim to have a STEM degree is suspicious enough that I am going to ask everyone who has posted their own thoughts about STEM vs Liberal Arts to please post photographic evidence of ownership of a STEM degree.

I've yet to have found a single person who bought Bayonetta to fap to. Everyone I know (or comments I've read) have talked about how fun the game is. What an interesting character Bayonetta is. Those are the discussions. On the topic of The Sniper in MGSV I think there's more to her design than we think. I honestly think Kojima is looking for controversy and then we'll find out why she's dressed the way she is. It's why I can't pass judgement on her yet. At first glance, yeah. Stupid. But when the game comes out there might be a reason for it and we'll all look stupid for bringing it up (just a theory).
I hate threads like that. It just becomes a shit
I do think it's pretty remarkable that Bayonetta became an empowering character, because I'm 99.99% sure she is tailor-made to reflect Hideki Kamiya sexual fantasies and fetishes.
But Japanese games are the ugly ones (Image removed from quote.)
