Played it yesterday on Xbox one and it's a disaster. The game just kept crashing even after server resets. It does not bode well for friday's console release. The game also looks horrible in multiplayer on the One.

What kinda file corruption?

Save file corruption. Doesn't matter if you load up a cloud save, those get corrupted as well. The workaround is logging out of PSN and playing SP offline, apparently. I just deleted the whole thing until they get around to fixing it - "hopefully" early next week, according to Battlelog. "Hopefully."

I think with some of this devs, they were working on too many versions and consequently each version suffered because they weren't able to put in decent time on any one version. Not that's its a valid excuse. AC 4 seems to be working fine and I haven't heard too many complaints about it being a broken mess despite coming out on so many platforms.

Couple of my friends are also having major crash problems with BF4. Talk about wasting a golden opportunity. Ghosts is getting shat on everywhere, it's ugly, uninspired...perfect time for EA to swoop in and steal mindshare with a defining launch title. Instead BF4 is buggy as fuck on PS4 and ugly as shit in XB1 multiplayer.

It's sort of like if some distinguished mentally-challenged fellows shut down the government, and all you have to do is successfully launch a website to capitolize off your opponent's retardness but instead you fuck everything up thus proving to be a distinguished mentally-challenged fellow too.
