TOWSON, Md. (AP) -- Police say charges have been filed against an Ohio man who is accused of urinating on the grave of former Baltimore Ravens owner Art Modell and posting a video of it on YouTube.

Baltimore County Police said Tuesday that 61-year-old Paul S. Serbu of Franklin, Ohio, has been charged on a criminal summons with disorderly conduct in a cemetery, a misdemeanor.
Serbu could face up to two years in jail and a $500 fine.

Modell died in 2012 at age 87. He spent 43 years as an NFL owner, overseeing the Cleveland Browns from 1961 until he moved the team to Baltimore in 1996 to become the Ravens. The move left many Browns fans bitter.
Modell and his wife, Patricia, are buried at Druid Ridge Cemetery in Pikesville.
A phone number for Serbu could not be found.

I'll happily cede my spot in the league to someone who can make the draft. It's about 4 am on a Monday morning for me so I'd have to autodraft again. But if you need numbers I'll stay

I've got the first pick in 30 minutes. I have Percy Harvin as a keeper.

Peyton Manning or a RB?

Manning. It's easy to stack up on RBs later. Broncos have a better offense this year than last year.

Schaub hasn't been able to get into a rhythm, so much pressure from the Lions.

Stafford looks good but wow @ us not being able to run a decent screen pass play this year. It's getting snuffed out real quick, or Stafford throws it too high.

It's hard to be up on the Falcons when they continue to ignore the secondary, which has only been our most glaring weakness for like... 3 seasons now?

Etiolet: the league argues that it can cause delay of games due to the poles being knocked off balance. I know Graham has done it a couple times, as has Megatron, but the vast majority of times they don't even grab the poles. It's just a light dunking motion.

I hear ya breh, the Lions are in a similar situation. One of our starters is 33 years old (Rasheen Mathis) and while he's pretty good, I don't think he can run stride for stride with guys all season. The rest of our CBs are question marks. 2014's draft was FULL of top DB talent yet we took a god damn tight end in the top ten....

I feel like Dimitroff gets too much credit/not enough blame for the Falcons. Eh, whatever, I'll just root for the Pats like always. :heh

Also, we have 10 teams signed up for next week's draft, which is pretty good. I sent reminders to Akala and Malek today but if they don't sign up by, say, Tuesday I'll now start accepting possible replacements. PM me if interested, if not then we'll roll with 10 teams.
