When it comes to people with a 4chan/Opa-Ages/Neofag mentality, their whole schtick comes from being as edgy and offensive as possible, they're the kind of people who'd laugh at you because your parents just got murdered (what is it with me and family murdering analogies), it's kind of futile to expect empathy or sensitivity from them, better to just ignore them.

Mind explaining why or how am I wrong? This is just an observation I formed from lurking said places.
I think you're making two mistakes.
First, this whole thing seems to be about one guy, r-neofeg, who posts here. He might just be the same guy who plugged neofag on OA a while ago and then disappeared. One guy. I am also one guy, one guy who has posted on OA from the very beginning and while I wouldn't claim "I am OA", I think I am the most OA guy currently posting at the Bore. I don't go insulting people here or at OA, laughing at the dead and lacking any kind of empathy. I don't pretend to be an angel though.
Your second mistake is to mix neofag, OA and 4chan together. Neofag looks like this Bore thread but concentrated to the max with the sole purpose of laughing at GAF. OA has GAF-origins, just like the Bore, but OA is less obsessed about GAF (they still make threads about it), in large part because a big chunk of members don't even come from GAF so they don't care. Yes, OA can be crass, cruel, juvenile, but you can also get what people really think rather than heavily moderated and sanitized viewpoints. As an adult, I can take it. The sun won't explode if someone says something inappropriate. As for 4chan, well, it's 4chan. It's huge, widely diverse, chaotic, anonymous and very creative. The last part is often forgotten when GAF uses 4chan memes and run them to the ground.
