There's a lot of games this fall to help alleviate the sting of this, but yeah I imagine there are people that bought that white Destiny PS4 that are furious.

Battlefield 4 Premium has been a decent deal for me. The Destiny season pass tho? Fuck that. What a rip.

I bought it because it was Halo mixed with Borderlands. I made the mistake of thinking those shit missions were just starter stuff It's a fun game mechanically but killing the same exact enemies with limited AI and no variety in the missions is just sad as fuck.

I'm not saying "Halo with Borderlands" is necessarily a bad thing. Just not a "ground breaking EPIC MULTI-MILLION $500 BILLION INVESTED FRANCHISE PLZ RESERVE NAO" builder.

Same thing with Titanflop: Decent game but it showed it's hands in the beta and didn't have depth or "drive" to invest more into it. Though who knows, maybe those locked off areas will help Bungie if they pump them out quickly, unlike sitting there for months for Titanfall's sparse content.

Yeah, it's certainly not going to "flop" like Titanfall did. But the question is: Will the playerbase stay? If people are feeling bad about the sparse content day one, that isn't good for Bungie.

They won't stay. By the time the first DLC hits in December a lot of people won't give a shit. Some will buy the DLC, beat it and abandon the game again. This puppy doesn't have the longevity of a Diablo or even a Borderlands.

Better than Borderlands but Borderlands kinda sucks. But that marketing budget, tho, and that early gen thirst, no surprise it's a huge success.

Borderlands does suck. Nothing in the way actual dungeon design despite that being mostly what you're doing: raiding dungeons. Mostly shit loot, shit loot variety, horrific writing, claptrap. 2 is much, much better.

At the end of the gen both Bone and PS4 will have exclusives. It happens every gen. Now whether or not they makes consoles next gen?

I'd check out a WiiU if it was cheaper. Same with a 3DS. I can't justify paying more than 150 for either of these things.

Oh I don't hate RZA, if fact we were playing some of his stuff last night at the local bar. I just prefer old school premo's beats. Dude was incredible for a long time. Made Royce, Made Group Home, is 1/2 responsible for Guru, and Jeru should send him royalties.

I should point out I haven't even bought a new console yet. I'm probably going to wait for SW Battlefront (provided dice does not fuck it up) or Red Dead 2 (3?)  before I splurge.
