You mock but these VR seat experiences are going to be a big deal for a lot of shit in the near future. The NBA is already trying to figure out how to make it work. Other places are working on stuff for experience exotic locales or things like base jumping in VR.

I fucking hate VR, but this is the kind of stuff that is way more likely to catch on and gain mainstream acceptance than playing CoD12 on your project Morpheus.

You've been able to do this in plenty of games, and most of them aren't as empty as Xenoblade Chronicles. Whenever I watch Xenoblade Chronicles gameplay, it looks like a gigantic ATB Phantasy Star Online game with vast emptiness.

Because it is a shitty MMO that their special fellow ass can play alone and not have to deal with other people.

Perhaps I should give Xenoblade another shot. I was turned off by the anime-ness and the empty MMO world.

I tried playing it on Dolphin, the improved graphics and using a real controller made it less awful, but the shitty fetch quests and constant back tracking still weren't fun.
