These people crying over Platinum making a Transformers game need a fucking reality check. The number of quirky Japanese action games coming out this gen will be close to nil, the fact that Platinum hasn't been shutdown yet is a mini miracle.

Its a action game made by Platinum. Who fucking cares that Korra wasn't that good, this is another shot, another chance at making an action game for an existing IP.

I'm not sure what the PG fans expected... Their only decent selling game was attached to the Metal Gear Solid property. And there was no way that they were gonna announce another MG Rising game when this is the final E3 to see the final bits of MGSV before it's release.  The stans should be happy though, maybe one day PG will scrape together enough coins to finance a PSN/XBL game, and then those same stans can proceed to not buy it.

It's the sequel to Mad World on the Wii.  I really enjoyed AR (well, imported it as Max Anarchy) and played the shit out of it.  The delayed release from Sega (it came out in the U.S. like eight months later, which makes no sense since the whole game was already in English) probably didn't help things.

That's actually interesting that they're giving him a small boost from doing the actual fighting game moves instead of the smash casualized moves. I wonder if Daigo will break Smash.

Smash Bros has had gimmicky, off the wall characters for a long time now. Ryu doesn't have gimmicks, so the challenge then becomes transferring or creating a standard movelist to compliment his three special moves.

Don't matter to me unless they port MGS1-4 to Steam and then royally fuck it up. Any new title from Konami at this point = avoid. They can continue to fuck the corpse but if someone isn't there to give them a blowie it doesn't mean much.
