The body doesn't seem to be either Biden or Trump though.
Biden is much more frail and the person in question hasn't eaten as much McDonalds as Trump.

Anyhow there is some 'truth' to this. Kennedy and Johnson used tunnels to smuggle their lovers into the White House.
Bill Clinton had affairs with interns as we all know. I think a number of actual events have been mixed up with urban legends at this point.

Maybe at some point, some President also smuggled underage fashion models through the tunnels with his friends Ghislaine and Jeff for some 'executive time' when he was alone at the White House
