I never enjoyed the newer Bethesda games. Their worlds are huge but boring. The performance is all over the place, even on PC. The bugs are often game breaking. The gameplay itself is rarely very fun, especially the elder scrolls game were horrible with the actual combat. Having about 8 voice actors total. Graphics are ugly as fuck, and even mods only slightly improves it. The animations/AI is all over the place, everything and everyone moves like robots.
With Fallout 4 it looks like they killed one of the few things I kind of enjoyed, with that new terrible dialogue wheel, with outcome that never seems to match up with what you expect from the dialogue wheel.
Add to that, the games are long as fuck to complete. Meh. Will rather have my 8 hours linear game.

That said, I don't understand people pre ordering a Bethesda game and then being surprised or angry about technical problems. Are you fucking distinguished mentally-challenged m8? If you pre order fully well knowing that or just don't care, that's cool and good, but ffs, when will gaming side learn not to pre order games in general, and especially not games with developers that are known for releasing broken ass games?
