Bernie or Busters were pieces of shit, that's for sure.

Hope they have fun with their 4 years of Bust.

This is the Sam Hinkie plan of politics. Only difference here is the lack of advanced degrees and some "so called" expertise. Anyways, point is you got to trust the process. The results won't be seen for several years....

You just have to do it right the first time, do it fully like no one was bold enough to do. Then in several years you will be a genius and get all the praise.

Shit will get worse then it has in recent memory, you stepped aside to let it happen, then the public will fully turn on the old ways of doing things and from the ashes our new world will be born.

The statue of Bernie will sit in a new monument on the National Mall, and in his hands he will hold a copy of "The New Great Society Deal" and on either side of him will be murals of tear-filled 38 year old Starbucks workers heading to class on the government's dime to "get it right this time" by getting a "free" degree in Bagpiping with a minor in Puppet Arts.

It's full-proof.

:lol at the idea of sitting on your ass and not watching the inauguration being considered a legitimate form of protest. This is like people checking in to Standing Rock on Facebook. You're not helping anyone or contributing to anything other than your own sense of self worth. At least the people on Facebook got to show their friends how woke they were.

Even better, I'm assuming they mean the swearing-in and then the speech following it. This takes like 20 minutes. Half an hour. In the middle of a weekday.

So you're protesting by not watching a 20 minute event live on a weekday. Because I can't believe anyone is talking about all of the parade and performances of which Trump is only nominally involved and which nobody would consider to be worth watching anyway. The President-elect's not even visible for most of the parade except for the dumb part where they walk.

And the swearing-in is going to be shown endlessly because remember we're all supposed to be supporting and consuming "real news" constantly now unlike before when we weren't protesting it but were ignoring it.

I don't understand any of this. I never thought we'd hit peak slacktivism this fast. Figured it had at least another good five years in it.

Also, isn't protesting him a form of normalizing Trump, I thought we weren't supposed to be normalizing him, but this is treating him like all the other Presidents. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. I CAN'T HOW...WHAT

I'm hoping it goes like Order 66. The Secret Service all get a an order from their command post, then go zip tie the fucker and drag him out of the Oval Office.

Preferably while he's doing a live press conference.

There should be treason charges left and right for the Trump camp if any of this holds up. Manafort should have been arrested long ago based on what has been reported.

Thank god. I'm glad your here Jack. The Clinton foundation is dying! I don't know why or how that could have happened, but they need your help STAT!

Well no shit, it got dragged through the mud for like a year and a half by a bunch of tiny-dicked Republican talking heads and a complicit media.

A bunch of kids in Africa will probably end up dying on account, but at least the Republicans successfully pulled off a witch hunt this time around.

I mean, there are up to 900,000** supporters and protestors expected to be there in person tomorrow. Plenty of people still grasp the concept that support and protesting is not well achieved by inaction lol.

And GAF is the only place that I have seen so far that is taking this form of "protest" seriously. Which makes sense because you kinda have to be in a group-think bubble to not have that idea ridiculed endlessly.

Don't you guys see!  Don't you realize? The next time you see a Konami game, it'll be another Pachinko game. The next time you play Castlevania, it'll be in some mobile game. Konami, they want the best of stuff for us. But right now, they got to do what's right for them. Because it's their time. Their time! Up there! Down here, it's our time. It's our time down here. That's all over the second we skip Super Bomber Man R just because it is $50.

Obviously now's not the time to do anything brash since he's mostly talk but say the big Cheeto actually starts some classic extreme oppression. So say things get Hitler bad. I'm ready to do what it takes to defend the oppressed. My likewise liberal sister's take is that she couldn't hurt anyone, even these fascist bastards. Just wondering what GAF's take on it is. Lock if inciting riot.

I can't believe I'm actually agreeing with China's decision to censor

Quote
Concerns about censorship aside, I think not devoting an insane amount of air time to the type of person who thrives off of attention like fire with oxygen seems like a common sense, cautious approach. I don't have an immediate problem with it. If only US media was as concerned about the effect giving Trump 24/7 air time instead of their perpetual hunt for ratings.

Quote from: NoblesseOblige
Step up your hacking game China and get to digging up more on Trump. Then since we're cool with our elections getting hijacked go ahead and turn the house/senate against Trump in 2018.

Well, I guess he's self aware at least.

Quote
This isn't always true.
But I mean, this isn't total censorship, but a restriction on reporting. All this constant Trump is having an effect around the world in a net negative way.

I meant with regards to the price, but it's a pity to hear the game is not very good. You'd think that with access to the source code (?) of the classic Bomberman, Konami wouldn't have a problem making a decent modern version.

Are  these the same poll companies that were predicting a 99% landslide victory for Clinton? I also like the idea that words indicate what politicians care about, as if the voters couldn't see the millions being funneled to Clinton's campaign by bankers and other corporate scum. With Trump’s inauguration almost upon us, I thought I’d write up a post on how the Romans were able to avoid situations like this.

Latin for “course of honors”, the cursus honorum of the Roman Republic was the mandatory political ladder for all men aspiring to power and political life.

An aspiring Roman would first start by serving in the military

So Hillary couldn't have run either? :teehee

Not exactly uncommon for the industry.
It used to be pretty common for people to find pirate group messages hidden in steam games because publishers just downloaded the nocd key off the Internet and hit publish.

I'm not that shocked to be honest still :comeon publishers.

Though I have always been curious about how the videogame industry worked with regards to archiving their catalog and master elements... I'm afraid to learn it wasn't really a concern. I do know proper preservation is a lot of work and expensive (in most "artistic" trades).

Also slight  :lol at the "Well, it's their IP so I don't care". It doesn't especially reflects well on proper quality control being performed.

Why is it that now after the switch event even the smallest things are used to create a negative buzz around Nintendo? Why is there so much hate?

On topic: it's their IP so they can do what they want!
