Ah, now I see what set GAF off.A former IGN writer, Moriarty is known for his broadly right-wing views. He has recently appeared on various right-wing and conservative outlets, including the Glenn Beck Radio Program and the Rubin Report, to discuss politics. He's a libertarian. Though I got the impression he's more a Rockwell type than a reason type on most of the "libertarian divides" issues. (reason = weak kneed cosmotarians cuz they think gays, minorities, fee-males, immigrants, etc. should have the same protections of liberty as straight white males; LewRockwell.com = "what the fuck are publishing standards?"...at least neither are Objectivists, no idea if Moriarty is)
I don't care for the Rubin Report as it's boring and he reminds me too much of the Bravo Exec who started his own show (
Watch What Happens ), but the guy is just an anti-PC type he's for most every other progressive agenda point you can think of, he has on Milo and everyone else because the show is even more boring when he has on people he agrees with. I think he also does the thing Joe Rogan does where he "agrees" the person has "a point" so as to make things not become arguments.
Also, full disclosure, Colin Moriarty is like the best name that it makes me jealous. It makes me want to cast Colin Mochrie as Moriarty in my TOTALLY DIFFERENT (but mostly the same) Sherlock Holmes TV series. That takes place entirely inside an endlessly powered holodeck. Or are we part of that elaborate simulation too...
