With the whole "RACE DOESNT EXIST" and now this, I'm starting to think Occam isn't very smart. Or is literal to a fault. Same thing I guess.

I said no such thing. Of course it exists, as a terrible social construct. But it doesn't exist in a biological sense.
As I said the first time we discussed it, race exists in the same way that witchcraft exists.

So, are you saying black americans are more likely to have high blood pressure or sickle cell?

Populations from separate regions having certain genetic traits not shared by other populations doesn't mean they belong to different races.

The funny thing is that they probably actually could get him a decent chunk of cash from WaPo if they approached them behind the scenes on this, but instead they're going the route for maximum irrelevant points scoring and risking getting nothing concrete for the kid.

That case is going to get dismissed. From what I can tel he doesn’t even allege that anything they reported was libelous.

Race isn't real because biology seems like a very arbitrary game and I'm not sure what the purpose beating down that point even has.....And I also probably don't care to know.

He is saying that defining race as "Dalmatians and Dobermans are different dog races" is from a biological stand point as what we socially construct as "races" with human beings as in the biological sense doesnt aply ("different color skin and minimal genetic differences")

Is not that hard.

If you start an argument about race 3 times JordanN shows up in your room to talk to you about IQ.

Is not even close of what that guy barfs about...

Rush Limbaugh showing Nintex how it is done, re: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/02/18/us/politics/obama-2020-democratic-candidates.html

BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA and VALERIE JARRETT are secretly undermining the Democratic candidates to foster division in the party so that it is forced to turn to the one person who can unite it... MICHELLE OBAMA with Barack as the *wink wink* REAL power behind the throne. In order to protect his legacy (especially since his library has failed now) by stopping Trump from draining the swamp and investigating and reversing his crimes and left-wing agenda. Plus he'll be able to attack Trump endlessly as if he were the actual candidate while nobody will be allowed by the left-wing media to say anything negative about Michelle even though she's the candidate and they'll dismiss anything against Barack since he isn't the candidate.

It's like Occam once heard about Occam's Razor without understanding it and has since run and run with it.

Yes, scientifically "race doesn't exist", but it's a simple answer to a discussion no one was having. You're being dumb not incisive.

That's really an amazing fail on the whole White House's part to organize something to make the administration look good and then completely fail to brief the president on it, either because they didn't try hard enough or because he simply won't listen to anyone at all even when they're trying to help him.

I think the most likely story is that Trump read this article in Out Magazine and didn't want to be personally associated with the policy due to his keen sense of social justice: https://www.out.com/news-opinion/2019/2/19/trumps-plan-decriminalize-homosexuality-old-racist-tactic
Quote
Trump’s Plan to Decriminalize Homosexuality Is an Old Racist Tactic
Quote
The truth is, this is part of an old colonialist handbook. In her essay, “Can the Subaltern Speak?” postcolonial theorist Gayatri Spivak coined the term “White men saving brown women from brown men” to describe the racist, paternalistic process by which colonizing powers would decry the way men in power treated oppressed groups, like women, to justify attacking them. Spivak was referencing the British colonial agenda in India. But Grennell’s attack might be a case of white men trying to save brown gay men from brown straight men, to the same end.

There are several signs that this decision is denoted in a colonial sense of paternalism rather than any true altruism. According to the report, the decriminalization campaign is set to begin in Berlin where LGBTQ+ activists from across Europe will meet to hatch a plan that is “mostly concentrated in the Middle East, Africa, and the Caribbean.”

That sentence alone should set off several alarm bells.

No idea, I only quote Wikipedia when it supports my argument.
I agree with this definition: "The American democratic socialist philosopher David Schweickart contrasts social democracy with democratic socialism by defining the former as an attempt to strengthen the welfare state and the latter as an alternative economic system to capitalism." (but not with his conclusion that only socialism can save us, obviously).

Liberals:

"The police are allied with white nationalists. They serve to imprison minorities and further the interested of rich capitalists at the expense of the common good. Organizations like the FBI and CIA have launched attacks on civil rights, devastated minority neighborhoods with the manufactured crack crisis, and day in and day out work to destroy most communities. They are never held accountable for their actions and every time they investigate themselves or their peers they find no evidence of wrong-doing. They will always protect the rich and powerful above everybody else"

Also Liberals:

"I cannot wait for the FBi to complete their investigation on Trump (who is rich, white, and powerful) and arrest him for those crime"
