I must say, that in this company Trump actually doesn't sound as dumb, demented or stupid as you'd expect him to be going by his TV interviews.
He generally asked some good questions at times, seems engaged and interested in the conversations and some of his opinions and comments are very un-Trump like.

I wonder what Putin thinks about these frat boys thinking aloud about cutting Russian energy to Turkey and Germany with pipelines from Ukraine.

Otherwise Trump isn't saying anything related to Ukrainian military aid.

Well, you could refer to when he asks how long Ukraine would last in a war with Russia and if they feel safe.
With the added context it also becomes more clear that Trump meant Pompeo would have to fire the ambassador and not actually Trump putting a hit out on her.
