The problem is that they can't report in. The app was supposed to do it but doesn't work, they can't phone it in because there's apparently not enough lines and they're resorting to cell phone screenshots of the forms. But some of the caucuses may be long gone, people would have to come back in to do that.

I think I read about a method once that was used in the olden days that relied on some sort of thin sheets made out of wood, and you used an instrument called "pen" to write on them.

No, people stood in groups and they counted them. Individual votes only matter to the extent that they indicate group viability. Before this year they didn't even count them.

We'll see, but it's going to be an uphill battle fighting a clear rigging in the party a second time. I just hope the proletariat is ready with torches and pitchforks to head to DNC headquarters and the White House/D.C. and burn it all down like Canadians did back in the day.

Because of the required paper documentation, we have been able to verify that the data recorded in the app and used to calculate State Delegate Equivalents is valid and accurate. Precinct level results are still being reported to the IDP. While our plan is to release results as soon as possible today, our ultimate goal is to ensure that the integrity and accuracy of the process continues to be upheld.
