People are actually serious with the drone strike stuff? That isn't just an argument of convenience for you?

No. Obama's war mongering the prime reason I voted green in 2012 out of protest. He campaigned in 2008 as an opposite to Bush's war mongering. It's why I voted for him.

Obama blows.

Let's talk  about Obama admin not pursuing charges against wall street bankers while countries like Iceland locked theirs up like the criminals they are?

Or Obama basically pardoning Bush's war crimes.

Remember when Obama admin decided not to pursue an investigation on Bush administration out of bipartisanship?

Obama was trash. A regurgitated garbage dump. 1033 seat loss in eight years can't be wrong.

I never regretted not voting in 2010 despite the tea party take over.

They can burn tbh.

The problem with some of you is you don't hate strongly enough.

You look at the Republican Party (not all the voters, but the party itself) and see something vaguely shittier than mainstream Dems. I look at the party and see the greatest concentration of evil since 1945.

You need to hate more.

Hate more by rallying behind Mr Compromise. Mr Reach Across The Aisle? Nah. I do think they're evil, so why are you asking me to cut deals with them?

if this were a ranked choice country, would you do "1. Green Party, 2. Democratic Party" or leave the second choice uncommitted?

No confidence if it's an option. I don't really like the greens. But the Republicans weren't an options and libertarians are nuts. I should have just left it blank.

This is one of the most baffling democrstic talking points.

"REPUBLICANS ARE EVIL!!!"

But also "We need someone to compromise with Republicans!"

It's asinine. They don't realize that constantly compromising is exactly how trump came to be. Democrats compromised with a metastasized, cancerous republican party for decades.

They're just as complicit and just as evil.

They're just as complicit and just as evil.
Not that it matters because texas is blood red but all your moral self-aggrandizement can't change this reality: you have a vote and you can choose between the regular brutality of capitalism but with twice the pell grants and respect for minorities, or you can choose jackboot fascism, the deportation machine, the slow rot of every institution, pure cuckoldry to the corporate megalith, a blank check to Israel, Latin American soft-coups, and the willful ignorance of our coming climate change extinction.

All of your actions are a choice. Saying you won't compromise is just masturbation and you might as well be putting the kids in cages yourself. There's no difference between a Republican who sees this stuff and says "I don't care, I want tax cuts" and you who sees this stuff and says "I don't care, I won't vote for Joe". It's the same egotistical narcissism you think the average American has but you don't.

We reserve the right to be mad as hell that this is the only two choices because the Democratic Party has no ambition or fortitude to be anything besides being the other party sucking billionaire lobbyist dick

And bitch, they called obama Deporter In chief for a reason — In fact, at least half the shit you listed would be associated with Clinton-likes

Go for it, dude, but you have to earn the consensus of other people. If you can't win the Democratic primary then you certainly aren't going to win the runoff election in a 3 party race.

You can tell Shosta is a young college student and he's saying this shit to 30 years olds that used to believe the same shit he does and now on the cusp of becoming non voters.

Imagine this since you were a teen. I will see you in ten years still pleading for moderates and I'll laugh because I will be out of America and will have hopefully, if God willing, have renounced my citizenship by then. It's amazing you think you can convince someone who wants to leave America, that grew up as a teenager watching 9/11, then Iraq, then the financial crisis and all of this shit and still have to settle considering our entire political history is a settle.
