To embed tweets, you gotta remove the last little bit off the end of the url. There is usually something like ?s=20 at the end of the url when you copy and paste it (pretty sure it is some indicator of like what broswer you are using that twitter uses for tracking). The controversy over that movie, imo, was largely manufactured by Sony and Paul himself.

There were some relatively small number of people that just hated the idea of women ghostbusters, there was a larger number of people upset that it wasn’t a continuation of the original in some ways, and there was a whole lot more people that saw that first trailer and were like “what, this looks fucking awful?!”

IMO, Sony tried to save the movie’s chances at the box office once they saw the Q scores and the reaction to the trailer by portraying it as an act of activism to go see the movie. the movie was trying To ride the conversation around Hillary, and not the other way around.
