Is it just me or are there very few stand up comedians that make it outside their sorta local market without changing their act significantly? Eddie Izzard and a couple of others spring to mind but I cant really think of many, reason I bring this up is Trevor Noah's tailored to local taste sets are super funny (i dont like him but hey, most people seem to) but when put in a US context im sure most can agree the guy is boring as fuck. Like I cant imagine jokes told to an Aussie audience would really work outside maybe NZ. England, SA and cultures super used to each other.
