Trans women shouldn’t compete with cis women in sports. Saw some biker win a competition and I’m sorry but it just makes people hate trans people. You can’t change the fact a trans woman had male puberty and that we are born male. That is a demonstratable fact.
They have strict rules about hormones that most trans women wouldn't be willing to do, and it's such a tiny portion anyway that
Even with the hormone rules. In competition even cool young dude trans women have advantages over natal women.
This is ignoring the “I’m a woman” people who compete even when off hormones, going against the rules.
How can trans women not follow those rules exactly?
Interesting to note that she started cycling at like 30, as a hobby, and somehow is able to parlay that into being one of the best in the world?
It’s a known fact that many college male college athletes would be competitive at a professional level in the women’s version of their events.
I don’t buy that MTF don’t have any physical advantages, because
1) the majority of trans athletes that compete at a high level are male to female
2) the majority of FtM trans athletes that compete at a high level still compete as women
I can only think of one notable FTM athlete that actually competes as a man.
Edit: I really want some athlete to like unite the world records across both genders by winning it as a male, taking hormones for a year and then blazing all competitors as a women.
