No I just wanted to find one, sick of Isabelle's bullshit

Hey, I hear that, nine months-on I'm still wandering around looking for a pitfall seed and/or recipe. Have yet to encounter either in-game, leaving me with two big fact holes in my Nook Miles objectives. :doge

Weird having a seasonal wreath listed in your inventory before you've crafted it! Thanks again pilons. Like I mailed to ya, I put yours on my door and shipped you the first one I made. :P

I forgot I mailed you that. I remember mailing the popsicles.

Caught two new butterflies today, but still no giraffe stag. And still no blue shells on my beach :maf

Make sure to hang Jingle's Toy Day stockings in your house! If you do and "interact" with it tomorrow (Christmas), you'll get Jingle's Photo.

Also, can someone send me a cardboard box? It's required for the wrapped gifts DIY and I've ordered some but they won't be here until tomorrow. 😬

Also whenever you catch a Giraffe Stag this month let me know, just so I know it can spawn on your island. 👀 It's my last bug. :D

Only one Ice Flooring DIY recipe from having the full Snowboy/Snowman set!

Festive recipes stop in two days (Jan 6th) and I'm still missing a bunch tho. 😨

- Festive Top Set
- Festive Tree (I got the Big version at least)
- Holiday Candle
- Illuminated Present
- Illuminated Snowflakes
- Illuminated Tree
- Ornament Mobile

The festive DIY recipes I do have I've crafted 100% of the variations for, at least. The illuminated reindeer look magical at night, especially all the colors. :)

I have my jailbars set up so I guess I'll just have to farm them sometime tomorrow. :shaq2

^ haven't made every variation of the snowman/ice set but it's on my list :)

^ every Big and Tabletop Festive Tree, though you may not be able to see them all

^ the Gift Piles are a bitch, had to wait until more Red Wrapping Paper was at Nook's to finish the last four variations

I've done a lot of work moving flowers around and making my island look nice, check out my dream suite! DA-8053-6297-4495

I've gone and made it public (available for "surprise dreams") which is making me excited and nervous haha. 😬 But I'm pretty happy with how it it is. It's not competing with those overdone Twitter islands, but a lot of work has gone into it. :)

Ohana Isle is very nearly close to my perfect ideal island now. 😍 Only took almost 300 days. :P

Palm trees, 5pm to 8am. I've read on some sketchy sites you "need to catch 100 bugs before it'll spawn," was never clear if that meant since the start of your playthrough or some other metric though...

Also some advice I read: "when the bug wiggles, move towards it. When it stops, you stop." It also looks like a miyama stag but slightly larger.

Remaining achivements! Purple for "grindy" and pink for time-gated ones.

I've officially entered my personal Animal Crossing endgame. The plan is to keep playing every day until the 1 year mark (March 20th), and then finally switch to playing weekly. I'm slightly looking forward to stepping back a little and taking a breather.

By my calculations, it'll take almost another year of weekly to play to fully 100% the remaining Nook Miles achievements and the Art Gallery (paying attention to KK Slider, villager birthdays, and Redd in particular), which means I anticipate keeping up the routine until early March 2022. That's not counting any big content updates Nintendo's going to do (free or paid, I'm there day one), but I'm counting that as gravy. And if it gets me to re-engage and play daily again, all the better.

How do you make coconut juice?

I got a recipe for it from balloon

(Image removed from quote.)

Alcoholic beverages are now available to purchase for guests 18 and older. (Ohana Isle is a sovereign state and not subject to the US drinking laws.)

Thank you Dickie for stepping in as distributor! :) :heartbeat

8 months later I finally got the Coconut Juice DIY recipe from Diana. :lol Can finally make my own, though I've been doing well with Dickie's supply until now. 8)
