oh wait, it's here in parts:
Quote from: Frank O'Connor
I mean, real talk? A simple timeline of stuff the president has said and done since 2016 with no new facts would be absolutely shocking and constitutionally and politically seismic if the frog hadn't been slowly boiled for two years.

Mueller is not the venal both sides media. He's not partisan. His report could be one of the few un-normalized accounts of what should be presidency ending daily scandals, crimes and obstructions. But for America it's too late to be shocking.

The GOP has accepted every single behavior from the president from directly racist attacks on female congresspersons to defense of nazi murderers to the dismissal of the dismemberment of a US resident and WaPo journalist to a direct admission of multiple astounding sexual assaults. The shoot someone on fifth Avenue defense has held because they've circled all their wagons.

We've exposed astonishing holes in the bulwark of constitutional checks and balances and shown that our system has only appeared strong because it hasn't been tested by individuals and parties willing to simply abdicate norms and morality and to directly appeal to the worst instincts of a shrinking but immovable base.
Quote from: Frank O'Connor
Collusion is not a crime. That's a Trump and Giuliani straw man that the media has allowed to be marketed unfettered.

Anyway obstruction and conspiracy are out - but Barr is being very clear that other underlying criminal activities ARE in the report and that those may require investigation or prosecution. Also the spin outs to other jurisdictions are still going to happen and those are likely to accelerate now that the Mueller Report is done.

This is going to be all of 2019 and 2020.

And the bombshell in here - even with Barr plainly doing partisan cover - "does not exonerate him" is a pretty telling statement and hint at chronology to come.
Quote from: Frank O'Connor
Trump has been attacking and undermining the FBI and intelligence agencies for two years. I guess your feelings supersede that tho. Barr is the one who interpreted the obstruction evidence. Mueller did not. Mueller provided a vast trove of evidence that obstruction may have happened. A Trump stooge made that call, not the investigation or the FBI.
Quote from: Frank O'Connor
1. Mueller did not exonerate the president.
2. Investigations and prosecutions arising from this are ongoing.
3. Mueller provided evidence of obstruction - Barr is the one who interpreted it as not prosecutable. Not the Mueller Report.
4. Underlying evidence of other crimes IS in the report.
5. The only Mueller finding in the president's favor is the lack of conclusion that Russia criminal conspiracy on election definitely occurred.

The letter everyone is reacting to is a GOP document. Not a Mueller document.
Quote from: Frank O'Connor
If you want an optimistic summary of William Barr's political whitewash document - here's stuff it actually does say:

1. Mueller found significant evidence of obstruction of justice and other crimes.
2. Barr himself says the report DOES NOT EXONERATE Trump.
3. Other underlying crimes are included in the report and referred to other authorities for prosecution and further investigation.

All the NRA stuff still has to drop too.

This shit is far too cleanly cut. It doesn't match the evidence we've seen over the course of 2-3 years. There's more to Mueller's report and I ain't forming any opinions about what transpired until it's in dem hands.. the whole thing.

I'm not expecting a complete reversal of Barr's report but this ain't it chief
this is why i want to blow my brains out is because we all closely followed this shit forever now, watching every move and seeing every stupid tweet, all the while trying to police ourselves to avoid conspiracy voices or unverified sources (and that is an important point that allows me to feel firmly in my beliefs as should everyone here) and yet now it just feels like a disninfo onslaught completely contradicting all of that and a lot of people are jumping in.
You mean...all those tweets were wrong? But how?

It literally just started, Dems are going to ask for the full report, Barr is going to say no, Democrats are going to subpoena the mueller report and muellers team to testify, Barr is going to ignore the subpoena and the fight (along with the evidence they need for their investigation) is going to go to the supreme court. Muellers team is unlikely to make any noise because even if they wanted to they have to be careful not to jeopardize the 12+ investigations that are ongoing.

Nothing of true significance happened yesterday other than Barr confirming what we already knew, that he's in place to protect Trump from this investigation, and whatever is in that report has been deemed so damaging to the president that Barr is refusing to release it.

OK then. Seems you have it all figured out.

If you’re here, I’m guessing that you feel a similar way.

And before what I just mentioned happened, I was a 19 year-old college sophomore who had just changed her major from Business to Philosophy.

Not a decision my father was happy with at the time.

But I wanted to find out more about myself. I wanted to find out who I really was. And most importantly I wanted to find out what was going on inside of me.

As we studied the inner workings of the human mind in class, I started to come face to face with my own inner darkness, fear, and insecurities.

Dr. Jamie Marie Noeth B.S., D.C.

Dr. Jamie Marie Noeth was introduced to holistic chiropractic care at an early age. Like many people, Dr. Noeth's mother struggled with severe asthma which required hospital care and medical treatments. Out of desperation, her mom turned to alternative health care. Within three months, she was off drugs and completely asthma free. Dr. Noeth's family was convinced by the healing power of the chiropractic care. They began using their holistic chiropractor for monthly preventative maintenance.

Dr. Noeth started working with her chiropractor when she turned sixteen (16). She saw many miraculous things happen to people with all kinds of ailments. Holistic chiropractic was not limited to just treating back pain. Dr. Jamie was fascinated and inspired by this holistic approach and set her sights on healing others in the same manner. She graduated Monticello High School in 1984 and headed to Adelphi University to pursue her dream of becoming a Chiropractor. Jamie graduated from Adelphi University with honors, and received her Bachelor of Science in 1988. She was awarded a doctorate degree in 1992 from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia, which is recognized nationally for its innovative chiropractic program.

After completing her internship in Florida, Dr. Noeth returned to her home town of Bethel to open her own practice. Dr. Noeth is the proud owner and director of Body, Mind & Spirit Wellness Center, which is located in the heart of the Catskill Mountains.  Dr. Jamie has been helping people with many types of health concerns for the over twenty years. Her Wellness Center offers a team approach and provides services to heal the Body, Mind and Spirit. Dr. Noeth frequently attends continuing education classes for chiropractic and alternative care so that she is able to offer patients the most comprehensive and advanced chiropractic care available.

If Trump wins in 2020, imagine how many sulky self-righteous Democrats would have to not have voted?

that anti-sjw thread looks like it's getting cleaned out, i hope they catch Pogi's attempt to circumvent the moderators
User Banned (Duration Pending): Inflammatory generalizations, consistent history of racist and transphobic rhetoric, numerous severe infractions

Ban of louis89 is perfect example why Era has reputation of alt-left-SJW-forum outside. He talks nice and polite, tries to bring his point of view on this sensitive topic - still being banned by some power-tripping asshole because don't you dare to have other opinion here. Feel free to ban me too, for, I dunno, hidden white suprematism or something.

Every time someone at era says what a ban should be for, the mods go out of their way to choose different wording

Have to list off all their favorite phrases so they're left with User Banned (Duration Pending): Outrageous claim-making, sadness-mongering, a quantity of previous egregious naughtinesses

I can almost hear the mod huffing and puffing as they typed that ban message out  :umad

Their use of inflammatory is always hilarious because if it wasn't for the ban/warning no one would have noticed those posts.

Omg I have a dream I had last night to share as well.

My dream was that the site shut down this community and all political stuff had to be in OT and I was furious. Said I'd be spending much less time on the site and ignoring the replies to political threads.

the "inflammatory generalisation" he was ostensibly partially banned for was calling mods power tripping assholes, which basically means :umad mods

So could the next AG release the whole report, even if it’s a couple years old?
Yes, if it exists by then.

Itchy bombs a basic fact question, he needs Kirblar back stat, can the mods do something?!?

The fact that Giuliani is now calling for the full public release of the report tells you everything you need to know. There’s no way Trump’s camp would be pushing for the public release if there was much in there that could do damage.
Were that true Barr would have released it immediately.

He has a clear majority in the Supreme Court. Any subpoenas issued from the House in his direction are going to be stonewalled, resulting in lawsuits that end up there. Care to guess how the conservative Justices will go?
7-2 in favor of the Dems.

Really? I don't see Thomas, Alito, or Kavanaugh crossing Trump on this. Kavanaugh was already pretty clear about his deference to executive power during his hearings. Not even sure I see Gorsuch ruling in favor of the subpoenas either, but I think he's probably the most likely of the non-Roberts conservatives.
6-3 is also possible.

someone should make that Will Save The PS3 blackboard but with all the things that will stop Trump
