These fake racist stories are easy to spot because they're way too convoluted much like the Jussie Smollett thing.
Whenever there's some weird nefarious plot involved like cutting off dreadlocks you can pretty much guess it is all fake.

Quote
TLDR: Was getting married in 80 days, fiancee casually expresses interest in a threesome with her best friend and her bf, I express how that's an issue for me, she throws away the relationship immediately and even brings her mom and sister along to trash me and break up by committee. Gym will be hit, photos are already taken down, etc. She left it open-ended but refused to commit to anything, basically leaving it up to fate. I need closure.

:lol

brah, she already had the threesome, wanted to do it again for absolution through permission.

That said, I don't regret what I posted. At the time, it looked like another hate crime against a black girl just for daring to wear her natural hair.

Those tears she shed felt too real, the story may be fabricated but it feels like something may have happened with her and those boys at some point, especially if she's maintaining that she's a victim of bullying. Fuck it though, me speculating further would just be irresponsible, so I'mma just pray for the best for her and anybody who's been wronged in this situation.

Nope, I'll believe what I want. I'm wouldn't ask nor do I want anything to be done based on mere speculation of course, but I'm entitled to feel skeptical still, especially when I too was a black kid in a predominantly white school once who had to deal with a lot of racism. Judge me how you will.

On topic: Elon can go to hell. Talk about misusing his forum and social influence, as well as money.

Musk has risked so much on renewable energy.  My brother works at Solar City, so maybe I'm a bit biased, but that investment has been a money sink for him since the acquisition and yet he still believes in the future of it.  Like, yeah he's not perfect, but at least he's moving the needle.  I know, making the world a better place and ensuring a better climate future is best done in the  :hmph position all day on a forum.

he's been a dumbass at times lately, but it is still exciting to follow along since he hits the note of comical supervillain you'd be a big fan of as a kid

"They cut my hair" is just about the simplest tale of bullying I can imagine. Only one step beyond sticking chewing gum into it. This was neither convoluted nor weird.

The best part isn't that they expect such engineers to post on ERA. The best part is that this thing is being worked on by dozens of them.

Found on reddit:

The monster created by gate keeping, purity tests, and hot takes demands constant feeding.

I spent a decade among these people between NeoGAF and resetera.  Coming from a lifetime of ultraconservative bible belt communities/opinions, these people were novel and exciting for a time.  I was refreshed to see people loudly championing civil rights.  As time went on, the fickleness and clickyness of that crowd became increasingly evident.  It wasn't enough to be liberal/progressive; you had to be perpetually angry and in line with the groupthink or your positions everywhere would be questioned as illegitimate because you don't agree with the prevailing opinion on a specific topic.  Not on board with Internet vigilantism that, despite having an arguably good intention, would inevitably and demonstrably result in smearing innocents?  You're evil.  Not on board with using "white people" as a pejorative?  Must be evil.  Not on board with generalizing and writing off entire regions of the country?  Definitely evil.  Not on board with just assuming that women are uniformly incapable of lying for personal reasons and shouldn't just be assumed to be true?  100% evil.

The same thing has happened in conservative circles.  It doesn't matter if you've been a conservative your entire life; if you don't agree with Trump or the direction of the Republican party as a whole, you're labeled a RINO.  If you're not constantly excusing the insanity that has become standard in the Oval, you're one of "them".

Despite their protestations, they totally read this place. There's subreddits to posting links to threads here pointing out how it's "SJW culture" out of control. There's countless burner accounts who show up just to play devil's advocate before getting banned. I'm not gonna deny there are probably folks who are part of this forum that are also part of Xaszatm's harassment, but the reactionaries definitely read this place, if only to confirm their beliefs about this forum and the "SJWs" that post here.

Maybe this should tip you off that you guys are extremely hated by the whole gaming community?

Also, I don’t usually enter the “THAT IS SEXIST” thread but the Pokémon guy crying was to much to pass out:

I mean, there's dedicated "I hate Era" threads on some infamous sites. I should also mention that most of the emails were from burner accounts.

So the thread is composed by people passive aggressively complaining about the game to people saying “eroticism do it right, totally vindicates me complaining about bad sexist character designs”.

Actually strikes me more as :expert the thread.

Well, it is in the sense that everyone there are closet perverts that cannot admit it regardless of side.

There's like 5 different fetishes in the design at a glance. Zettai ryōiki, thigh gap, short shorts, cleavage cut shirt, the socks/pants are so tight they squish the thighs. She's also got the "cute girl does cute things" bubbly personality from so many slice-of-life moe anime.

I'm sure there's a few things I'm missing. The design has gone out of it's way to encourage sexualization and fan-art without just being in underwear. I literally got an erotic photo as a "customers also viewed" suggestion when looking at the game on Amazon

It just goes to show the dangers certain groups have of being targeted. I have never received such messages myself, possibly because I am not of a vulnerable group, whereas Xaszatm has an asexual flag that makes him a target. But I don't know who would have sent those messages, yeah there are people lurking here and mocking what we say but I don't even know how they could have discovered your e-mail.

There is definitely a community problem because there are gators/altright people/sympathizers on here and it's easy for them to get in. I'm not saying there is anything you or the rest of the moderation team can do to punish people outside the forum, just acknowledging the bigger problems here.

Did a search for my username on Google and KF might have their eyes on me. Oh joy.

Gonna be honest, never got much interest in the few minutes I’ve played the game. I’m more interested in games like Persona 5, regardless of any of the faults listed in this huge thread. Though I do wish there were more Yaoi JRPGs out there, as a lot of them focus more on sexualizing the main female protagonist and hiding the male behind a hunk of armor. Not saying to flaunt the male protags around either (even though imo I’m more for that myself), but to put the male and female characters on an equal platform.
Isn't Yaoi typically porn that tends to remove or have highly diminished roles for women characters? Like, it's kind of odd just how often you bring this up, especially in context of Persona 5 with your avatar + cover photo as Joker is 16

Like, looking this up, I get this :

Yaoi is used to describe titles that contain sex scenes and other sexually explicit themes

Shounen-ai is used to describe titles that focus more on romance and do not include explicit sexual content

Yaoi in the community I’m in is more ambiguous and relates both with the actual definition and Shounen-ai. As for women roles, Yuri would be what you look for (again in the terms of mainly non-sexual romantic-centric content). I’m not into Yuri much due to my orientation and interests, but if people enjoy them I will not stop them. Are there problems in both, yup more than certain.

Also his actual name is Akira/Ren (depending on what content you viewed first), Joker is his Persona name. Please I’d rather refer to him as Akira and/or Ren.

So sorry to hear what happened to you Xaszatm. If you don't mind, could be PM me how (you think) they got your email address. I'm worried about any of us possibly being attacked in such a manner.

Xaszatm Just saw what you are going through. I am sorry, man. I noticed you've been getting pretty stressed on here as of late even before this incident took place. For the sake of your mental health, please consider taking a step back from the internet for at least a short while.

Someone got a hold of my personal email somehow and told some friends because I'm getting spammed messages about how I need to die or be violated for daring to hurt their waifu
I have no friends.

I do support correctively raping the asexual who just haven't met the right one however.

Harassed for being asexual?

Asexual people have a hard enough time trying to get people to remember they exist.

It's always interesting how the people on ResetERA.com who get DEATH THREATS or "noticed by KiwiFarms" or whatever mundane thing they're sharing publicly with the forum are people with super specific usernames and even more specific identifying traits they plaster on every account. :hmm

How dare you, you probably think the A is about you too.
